Manual labor $20/hr please read before responding

I am looking for 4 people for Saturday the 25th and Sunday the 26th (this weekend) to assist in various manual labor activities at my house. This will involve carrying objects no more than 50lbs solo or maybe 100 lbs together, about 50% of the time. There is some digging involved, perhaps 20% of the time. Moving bins and small furniture is about another 20% of the time. The remaining 10% will be helping with simpler tasks that require more than one person at a time that I cant do by myself. I will pay $20/hr plus $20 for travel, and $20 additional if you stay for 6 hours or more. Work starts around 9AM and runs to about 5PM. It is not uncommon for it to run later, but is optional after 5PM. I will provide a light lunch. No one that doesnt answer the first 4 will be considered. Additionally, demonstrating the ability to form complete sentences and communicate effectively gets bonus points. Anyone that comes out this weekend will be first in line for additional work in the months to come. I will make calls Wednesday evening.
