Rehoming a 10 month old dog

We are moving and where we are moving won't let us have him. He's a hound mix, fixed and up to date on shots. I have vet papers to prove. Rehoming fee of $150 just to cover to cost of all his vetting we did. He is working on potty training. Good with kids, other dogs.
