NRG Southwest Staging is hiring immediately for Conversion crew at Gila River Arena. Starting pay is $13 a hour, but a $2 premium is possible. To receive $15 a hour, you must show up on time, stay the full length of the conversion, have a good attitude, and ready to work. What a conversion crew does is convert the Coyotes Hockey Rink into a stage for concerts. This requires a lot of heavy lifting, be a quick learner, follow directions well, be safe, and have flexible schedule. You will also be walking on ice, not as bad as it seems. This is gig work and conversion crew is only used when there is going to be a concert at Gila River Arena(Coyotes Hockey Rink). If you have a great work ethic, it can lead to more work.
