Here are the top stories today in Atlanta: A southeast Atlanta apartment complex was found to be breaking 150 safety code violations. Police say their Code Enforcement Unit conducted an investigation at the Forest Cove Apartments on New Town Circle in July and discovered the violations. It's unclear whether or not the violations have been fixed since July, or what penalties the apartment complex could incur if they are not. (MSN)A man was shot outside an Atlanta nightclub on Auburn Ave. and Bell St. while arguing with his girlfriend on Saturday morning. Police say everyone involved in the shooting knew one another and the shooting was the result of an ongoing dispute. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition.
