Hi there! I have 2 apartments that need a lot of work done! Pick a job and get working on it! Se habla espanol Apartment #1 1. Clean unit 1 walls, counter tops, doors, inside cupboards, etc. ($20-$25/hr) 2. Remove old carpet and pad ($60 + additional $25 for disposing it) 3. Spray with weed killer and remove weeds along the fence line ($35) 4. Remove and dispose railroad ties for the plot on the side of the house and place a proper impermeable barrier with drainage pipe towards the front and place stacked stones on the parameter ($350 for the job + I will reimburse the cost of materials) 5. replace Plexiglas windows with actual glass windows (2 windows, $1000 total or $450 for 1) 6. repair/replace window on front left side of house along with screen ($500) (not pictured) 7. Fill in the gap and add trim on the interior entry door ($25/hr) 8. Scrape crusty smoke residue on front steps. Does not need to be perfect, just serviceable ($20/hr) 9. Replace all outlets/switches and covers ($22/hr. will be provided materials) 10. Replace ceiling fan lightbulb bowls for the two ceiling fan fixtures (the glass decorative thing that goes around the light bulb ($25/hr + cost of materials) 11. Install carpet or vinyl plank flooring where the carpet used to be ($25-$35/hr depending on experience. Can provide vinyl plank, or carpet must be ordered) 12. Clean the flooring that is NOT carpet ($20/hr) 13. Paint all the white walls once the walls have been cleaned ($20-35/hr depending on experience) Paint will be provided 14. Buy and install the white railing with new caps and reinforce a loose section of the railing Apartment #2 1. Stain the two decks. This is a big project to be quoted out 2. Fix the cement steps. Again, this is to be quoted out. 3. Fix storm door screen 4. place a decorative cover for the light post that was damaged in the derecho 5. install a window well cover that is better vented, but still will keep the rain out. 6. (not pictured) Install a basement window that allows egress. This will involve jackhammering the foundation and digging a window well out to allow egress that is up to building codes If you have questions, please reach!
