- landscaping and lawn and plant care
- basic facilities upkeep and maintenance
- seasonal care experience of plants and trees
- handy with tools
- great with people (working with clients)
- efficient with a strong desire for quality
- comfortable scheduling outside vendors
- 20-30 hours per week moving to full time quickly for the right person
