Our names are David and Debbie and we are moving to Blue Ridge from Phoenix, Az. We are moving to a home that has been in the family for 30+ years but has been vacant for 10+ years. We need to find a “partner” who can help us with numerous smaller jobs like garbage disposal install, dishwasher install, security camera install, some smaller electrical changes such as new lamps/fans etc. We would love to find one person who we can trust to be our right hand, we are not demanding as far as needing it quickly but we really would like someone who is interested in building a long term relationship as we will have a long list of changes to an older home. Nothing needs to be done all at once and we would love to find someone who appreciates the additional work but maybe someone who would utilize our help too and allow us to learn with them.
