• Able to layout units and have your crew run wires correctly
• Understanding and ordering correct material
• Understanding of electrical equipment and material
• Troubleshooting skill to find and resolve issues found in electrical system
• Minimum 10 years proven experience as an Electrician
• Ability to lead a team to work together to get the job done correctly
