Lost beagle $200 reward

My 12 yr old beagle disappeared on monday 9/13 at 5:30pm He is "intact" and more or less purebred beagle, no id or chip, Any information is welcome, if a tip leads to me finding my dog i will give you the reward. His fur is short smooth coat, read head and honches, black back and 4 white boot paws as well as a white tummy. He has high anxiety, and sometimes epilepsy, he has a loving home, please help me find him!
