MISSING, Stolen Honda motorcycle?

Are you the owner of a missing, STOLEN vintage Honda motorcycle? Described as....vintage, 1970's style(?)...with chrome front and rear fenders, and gas tank. I WITNESSED the thief attempting to get it to start in a pay parking lot. He also ripped off the license plate. (I recovered it) Contacted SPD and met w/ them this morning. They are aware. IF this is your bike, contact the West Precinct/SPD for details. Guessing it's a homeless fucker, and he's in a nearby camp.....my guess the one on Dexter/Mercer, which is only about four blocks away from what I witnessed. I HAVE TELEPHOTO ZOOM LENS PHOTOS of the perp. Positive ID will be easy. GOOD luck.....
