Dear NYC Residents, Flowers of Hope NY is hosting Rosedale’s Annual #MakingStrides Breast Cancer March on October 10, 2021 in Queens, NY in partnership with the American Cancer Society and NYC Parks. Flowers Of Hope NY is a 501c3 non-profit that brings physical fitness classes and health workshops to Rosedale. Rosedale is a landmark neighborhood in Queens that stood as a final frontier during the white flight of the 1970s. Historically there’s been a lack of #MakingStrides events, until now! Join us as we kick off the event with a ribbon-cutting, dance music, live deejays and refreshments! Flowers of Hope NY is managed by Gina Vasquez, a local resident and clinician who has served the community along with a proud team of Rosedale residents for years.
