Cash Paid we'l split the commision 50/50.
I have a deal where i get paid minimum commision $3000 as a solar rep, the commissions could go as high as $14,000 depending on the size of the roof and house. We'l split that, I have a closer who closes deals for us and he's very good, u'l learn sales principles too. we partner, we find the deals, and watch him close.
How come people buy solar? Adds $50,000 to their property value, they could cash that money in a refinance, they also get 26% tax credit from the govt on their taxes and earn $4,000 during tax season, government pays them to get solar, not an added cost, no money down, they just take the monthly payments they paid to EP electric and that redirects into their home, which they then invest in themselves. Fort Bliss has this and government pays them. EP electric raised their rates and we could cut homeowners electric bills in half, save them money, and pay ourselves in the meantime.

An effective closer closed 30 in a month door knocking, but there's many creative ways to find deals.
U just need the electric bill, either a copy, either that, could take a photo with ur phone camera too etc. We close from there!
