morning nanny - 9 month toddler - 12hours or + per week

Hello, I see there is a similar posting already up. We are a different family. We are need of a nanny for at least 12 scheduled hours per week 8am-noon. Days will be provided 2 weeks in advance. Mom works remotely full time and care is needed in the mornings on days when Dad has to leave for work, normally 3x per week and days announced 2 weeks in advance. Any additional help outside of those hours would be nice as well and can be more flexible for those. 9 month toddler is very active, crawling /walking. Need a highly engaged nanny who is also energetic and kind and willing to spend most of their time reading, singing, dancing, playing. For the core 8am-12pm hours, solely focusing on toddler is sufficient. For any additionally work hours, extra help with other tasks is appreciated when toddler is taking naps / enjoying quiet time. Other tasks consist of child’s laundry, light cleaning of child areas and sometimes running errands.
