Description
I rescued a male, adult blue heeler around 3 years old who is just to much for me to handle.
He weighs 60 lbs, not neutered, current on shots, does not like small animals, wants to eat them or herd them, do not know if he has been around children, and I have had him into the vet for a wellness check.
He came from a farm and likes to run.
Likes to be the only dog, loves to play and has apparently very little if no training.
He is affectionate and prefers a female owner. Doesn't seem to care for men. I think he may have been abused by one?
He will only go to a person who knows the breed and is willing to work with him.
He has been being kept in house but is taken for walks and runs in a fenced in yard and I was told he is crate trained but I don't have one or use one.
He needs a more qualified person than me. I can only do so much.
Or if someone out there can help me with training him for a reasonable cost, or free would be even better, but probably impossible, I would be willing to try and keep him.
I have physical limitations and he needs a more active lifestyle.
Living with me just isn't fair to him.
I will keep him as long as I can but hoping someone with a big heart will take him into their heart and home.
Please Email me if at all interested.
