Police are not arresting for theft,trespassing,drug sales,drug use,criminal threats,or vandalism. Vagrants,drug addicts & lazy alcoholics are spreading Covid with their needles,vomit & trash as well. What do we do now? Vigilante justice? I know I'M fed up...
