Would like to hire someone to remove snow at a warehouse/art studio in downtown Ypsilanti. 30ft of sidewalk plus 2500sqft of parking area. Ideally I would like to have is cleared only when there is 2 inches of snow or more. Unless you have an established landscaping business, I will pay per instance (in advance) for the first season. Hopefully can find someone who can do this ongoing, and happy to pay for entire season upfront after first year. Thanks for looking.
