I am rehoming a 4 year old male Shih Tzu. His name is Owen. Unfortunately, due to a new job position I do not have the time to give him that he deserves. He is neutered and only requires his rabies vaccine once a year if you wish. He is very mellow but, does like to run and would benefit having a fenced in backyard and is fully potty trained of course. I am asking a $100 rehoming fee to assure a good and loving home for him.
