I am looking for a reliable helper for concrete polishing business. Great skill to learn. Lots of work. I pay cash, better than the part- time warehouse work. Requirements: -you must be FIT---this is a physical position -able to lift 70+ pounds on occasion -you must be able to stand behind diamond grinders for hours and bend to do edge grinding -you definitely must have artistic skills and be detailed -you must have transportation for local projects -you must be punctual, you MUST be reliable and willing to work long hours sometimes -a good attitude and sincere nature are a plus -you are looking for work that does not require you to punch a clock and put up with a bunch of politics -you are clean-cut looking and respectful -you have mechanical or construction experience. Experience with grinding machinery is helpful Things that won't work out: -if you are a late type -if you try to get our of hard work -if you are on your phone during work time -if you are not looking for a skill in a trade that is in huge demand -if you have no endurance or ability to work in construction environments, outdoors in the sun, or are not safety oriented Most projects are local. If they are in Palm Springs or elsewhere I provide transportation. You would be an independent contractor. I pay cash. Good, honest work that pays good for entry level.
