We’re looking for a helper at home for 4 - 6 hours / week (potentially more after our baby is born) Must be vaccinated and show proof of vaccination (pregnant household member will be unvaccinated for one more month). Need help with: Housekeeping – including cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, taking out the trash, vacuuming, changing sheets, laundry and general tidying Dog care – care for and walking of our 7 year old Australian Cattle Dog – preparing food and treats, refilling water / cleaning tanks, changing potty pads and walks Light home improvement – light tasks related to updating and improving the home and furniture AirBNB management – we host an AirBNB. There will be some tasks related to running and improving operations and guest / client management Administrative tasks – help take care of mail, bills, finances, insurance, subscriptions, purchase and returns – of items needed for my household Inventory management – making sure that there are enough household supplies (toilet paper, soap, water, coffee, batteries, etc) on hand where it is needed Looking for someone who is detailed-oriented, quick to learn, comfortable with technology and reliable and honest. Should be able to lift up to 30 lbs (e.g., to restock water) and have a way of getting to our house (near Pico and Lincoln in Santa Monica). Ideally, you live, work or go to school nearby and would be able to come up to 2 times per week.
