Folk or quieter rock music

I’m a newish singer-songwriter (new to writing at least) who’s interested in playing with other similarly minded folks and especially with other female musicians (but all genders ok). Musically, I tend to like stripped down fingerpicking songs or songs with pretty sparse instrumentation. Intimate vocals and simple/effective lyrics are the most important thing to me in songs. That said most of what I like is old folk and blues stuff: Fred Neil, Tim Buckley, Tim Hardin, Robert Johnson, Townes Van Zandt (currently on a big TVZ kick), Jackson C Frank, Leonard Cohen, Joni Mitchell. The innocence mission and sun kil moon are some that influence me a lot as well. If anyone is interested in talking about partnering for some songs or whatever then send me a message.
