Male orange tabby came through my backyard last night (9/17) and didn’t want to leave him in the storm. First time I’ve seen him in my neighborhood. Has an imprint on his neck that resembles the wear of a collar. He’s very affectionate. Between 17th st and Ash st - 17th and June Dr. off fourth plain and Norris.
