Meet Sandy! Age: approx 2 years. Breed: boxer mix. Size: est 40lbs. Training: crate trained, doing great with leash and house training! She is very loyal and can go off leash on the farm. Good with dogs? Yes. Good with men/women/kids? Yes! Personality: Sandy is friendly playful and loving. She was shy at first, but that didn't last long! Sandy LOVES playing in water! She would love to go with you on lake/beach days! Reason for rescue: found as a stray with Icy, very emaciated. Known dumping area. Based on their urine stained fur, overgrown toe nails, and starving, we believe they were confined without proper care and then dumped. Nobody ever tried to claim them. The second collage is her photos on intake. She is now at a perfect weight & healthy. Sandy is now spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations and preventatives.
