Labor to install topoil to secure paver edge restraints

Just completed restoring and resealing pavers. I need labor to have topsoil with grass seed installed next to paver edge restraints to finish the job. About 160 linear feet and approximately 12” wide. Will provide top soil and grass seed. Prefer someone knowledgeable about landscaping who has done it before.
