Compensation: $1.00 Per Square Foot of heated area of the home and garage. This includes paint to cover on all areas on the walls, trim, ceilings, exterior doors, shutters, stair railings, exterior columns, and minor exterior trim. You are required to provide the materials and labor to get the full painting job completed. Minor hole filling and patching required. Prep point up and mud and sand all walls prior to Painting. Wall specifications Promar 400 EggShell Agreeable Grey. Interior doors and trim Promar 400 Semi Gloss White. Premixed 901 Bright ceiling white Painters Edge Agreeable Grey. Exterior doors A100. We have clients that renovate 1 to 35 homes all over NC. We are looking for skilled tradesmen that own the proper tools, equipment and vehicle(s) for your trade. In most cases you will need a truck, van, or an SUV. You must be able to provide pictures of your work. We are looking for people that do the same trade day in and day out, over and over again, and have done hundreds of jobs or more. These positions require the Skilled labor done by a true tradesman and craftsman. Do not apply unless you meet these requirements. Do not apply if you occasionally do construction and renovations.
