Elderly man needing some in-home assistance. Someone willing to do general labor type work immediately, and later on from time to time-as needed. Must be willing to do various work as needed: throwing out trash to a dumpster, moving an appliance to another room, throwing out heavy old appliances, setting up a computer and printer, installing a ceiling fan, etc. Also would like to hire a housecleaner for immediate assistance: cleaning kitchen counters, dishes, cabinets, bathrooms, laundry (launderette in condo complex), vacuuming. Maybe some assistance with organizing paperwork and living room, dining area- as projects to be done later. If work is done satisfactorily then maybe could use regular assistance one day a month to start and see how that goes to determine the frequency needed after a while.
