Xtreme Hip-Hop Step Aerobics is a high energy toning and cardio class with routine set to old & new school music. This class will motivate you to move and have fun while burning a tremendous amount of calories!!
This class is beginner friendly. My goal is to teach you the basic steps/callouts while having loads of fun! I want to make sure that you are confident so that you can move on to the intermediate/advance classes.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a group class. NO REFUNDS. Rescheduling only. You can reschedule up to 12 hours before your scheduled class time. When purchasing a class/classes you agree to have no medical conditions that may affect your ability to train.
