A Femme AF arts celebration in Franklinton, Ohio, OCT 9&10 featuring live music, comedy, poetry, dance, performance art, drag, and cinema. Founded and organized by Nikki Wonder, in reaction to the frustrating imbalance of a huge female talent presence in Columbus, Ohio, and their insane under-representation found in our local venues.She Burns Bright began as a wild one-off concept night, and quickly grew into a recurring event hosted at Femme friendly venues like Ace of Cups and Natalie's. Now we're excited to push forward into an outdoor festival format allowing for more incredible talent and celebration. We are incredibly grateful to partner with nonprofit Red Tent Revival on this event. They are fierce activists and advocates, focused on ending the systemic stigma and poverty attached to menstruation.Special thanks to our neighbor and event partner The Vanderelli Room.
