To start, we'll be a four-session meet of novices* and masters. To make our meets successful, we count on volunteers. Please take the LWC Referee certification, so you can help officiate. * Novices are athletes with two or less competitions. Meet Details *All details subject to change. We will notify athletes of major updates. See Divisions and Categories. Deadline - Friday, October 1, 2021 OR when athlete entry max (50) is met. Waiver: Athletes younger than 18 require parent signature. Otherwise, the electronic waiver is available at check out.  Entry Fee - $75 (+ processing fee). Refunds - assumes your spot is filled by another athlete in your session. This will be at the meet director's discretion and final. No refunds after August 1 or beyondEligibility - Open to all current USAW registered athletes. Join or renew expired membership through the USAW website before October 10, 2021. Expired and non-members may not compete in a sanctioned meet in accordance to USAW rules.Rules - Competition will be conducted under the current IWF technical rules. One rule will be strongly enforced: You must control the bar down, maintaining contact until past the shoulders. Failure to comply will result in no-lift i.e. do not slam or spike the bar.
