Free Siamese looking kitten

I have a siamese patterned (older kitten) He just recovered from a respiratory infection, and he seems to have issues with his skin (two missing patches of fur). And issues with his first toe on his front right paw, i hate to rehome him because he’s such a sweet and calm loving cat, but we simply can’t afford his vet bills and id hate for any of health issues to worsen. I need him gone to someone who can pay his vet bills ASAP.
