Invite your friends and family and join us for a chill and engaging afternoon of creativity and laughs as you get the opportunity to test out a new game in this FREE event! Attendees will automatically be entered into a raffle to win a FREE art print signed by Matt. Matt's Mission statement My name is Matt and I create art for people who share my love of storytelling and creativity. My aim is to create ways for you to have deep, meaningful encounters with reflections of yourself. The truth is that creativity lives within our spirits and is accessible to everyone - Potential to be unlocked and shared with the world. My invitation is to join in exploring worlds of wonder within the doorways of our spirits. With the intention of expanding creativity in new ways, I've worked to develop a set of games which combine art and improvisation. This is the fisrt time this new concept of a game will be tested before it goes into final development, so participants will be asked to sign a non-disclosure statement. Each one can either be played competitively or as a free-for-all, and there are plenty of achievements to take your game further! The scenarios within this game range from the silly, to action packed, to downright insane. Free Association This slow paced game will let your mind flow and unwind with open ended instructions like “Draw something in your favorite color”. Draw a Card Draw whatever is described on the card to the best of your ability. Cluster Shuffle Draw something based on a scenario described on one card. After a while start playing music and have everyone move around the table. Once the music stops each player moves to the closest drawing and finishes it. Later the artists then try to act it out while the group guesses the meaning. Kristin (aka Kiki) with Crafty Chassis mobile arts & crafts truck will be providing all of the materials and tools necessary to get creative and express yourself throughout the game. We'll be providing: Drawing materials – Pens, pencils, markers, paints, stencils and brushes Drawing paper and boards Tables set up for the games What do you need to bring?
