Description

We are looking for someone who can help us with general handyman work at ~25 apartment units on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City. Anywhere from 5-10 hours of work per week / potentially more hours during the summer busy season (May - September). Examples of work we need help with: - Minor plumbing work (unclogging toilets, sinks) - Minor paint work (patching up small holes in the wall, painting over minor scratches on walls) - Changing light bulbs / smoke detector batteries - Re-connecting smart devices - Minor furniture repairs (broken leg on a bed or futon) - Tightening doorknobs - Carpet / rug cleaning - Diagnosing/fixing minor HVAC issues Start date: ASAP
