Spayed feral female cat

Persnephony is spayed, litter box trained, has all shots, and is roughly 2 years old, but is a feral cat. I've had her in my apartment for over a year. She mostly hides and comes out when the house is quiet. I think my kids are too loud for her. Shes never been mean, just scared. If I talk quietly to her she will purr and rub on the walls but still stay out of reach. I'm moving, into a house with more kids so I feel it's best to find her a more comfortable home. I think she would do great in a quiet house with no small kids. She just needs some tlc.
