The first-ever training in Central Louisiana specifically designed for the top manager, COO, Second-in-Command (2IC) in business Don't miss this opportunity to attend the first-ever Louisiana Central 2IC Training, a four-session training series designed specifically for the COO or Second-in-Command (2IC) of Central Louisiana businesses. Scheduled for Oct 5, Oct 19, Nov 2 and Nov 16 beginning at 7:30 am with breakfast, each session will include 3 workshops separated by breakout sessions and group work ending at 11:30. You will gain practical, directly applicable knowledge, tools and resources focused on hiring, coaching, and leading employees to develop high-performance teams and learn how to create, implement and improve processes and procedures to build a high performance culture. Participants must be currently serving in a Second-In-Command (top manager, COO, Sr VP) position for a Central Louisiana business or training for imminent promotion into a 2IC position in which they report only to the owner of the company. Participants will be required to attend all four sessions. This training is limited to 15 participants; selection will be focused on candidates that meet the requirements above, submit a letter of commitment from the participant and owner of the company, and working in a business likely to add jobs in the following 6 months. When you register, you have applied to attend. You will receive a confirmation of your registration but PLEASE NOTE this is only the application. You must complete a form which will be included in the body of the confirmation email and return it to complete your application. You will be notified by Oct 1 if you are or are not eligible to attend.
