Join the Deep House Yoga Crew for a night of yoga, music, connection and fun, as they visit all the Yoga Flow Studios with their beautiful event "Alchemy" Alchemy is the newest event produced by DEEP HOUSE YOGA, featuring a beautiful journey through sound, music, yoga, sound bath, but above all, a chance to connect in community. Alchemy invites us to explore our relationship with the divine. As humans we walk the earth, but our souls dance with the stars. This is an invitation to come back to the core of who we really are, and to share space with others honoring the connection that exists between each of us, the earth, and the spirit, despite our many surface-level differences. Deep House Yoga is a healing experience and community based on the idea that music, movement and play keep our spirits happy and healthy, and that being in this space with others is healing for the soul. We believe that staying close to our spirit and moving energy through us is a powerful way to stay connected to our truth, one yoga class at a time. Music, Yoga, and Community have the power to heal trauma and restore our feelings of connection, to ourselves and to others, so we can be of our highest service. Yoga Flow SF's mission is to help spread the teachings of yoga to as many beings as we can! While we primarly offer dynamic, heated vinyasa flow classes, we also offer special events, child care and kids yoga.
