Get a special behind-the-scenes tour of the nation’s first campaign featuring reading stops on public transit. ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN: Designed to reach parents and their children on their daily commutes, the campaign features vibrant artwork as fun learning activities at Tasker-Morris and Erie (BSL) stations and 70 bus shelters and on three dozen buses and hundreds of subway and rail signs across the city. All to encourage our children to make leaps in literacy that lead to school and life success. COME ABOARD THE READING PROMISE is a project managed by Mighty Engine through the support of the William Penn Foundation and in partnership with Philly families, Reading Captains, the Free Library of Philadelphia, Read by 4th, Playful Learning Landscapes, Global Citizen, Mural Arts, SEPTA, Intersection and Short Edition.
