A wellness retreat event intentionally offering rest & replenishment to womxn who are expending themselves daily. The Oasis & Solistic Soul bring you: THE OVERFLOWWe as womxn exert energy on a daily basis to support ourselves, our households, our communities, and our work. This retreat-styled event is cultivated by women for all womxn. The evening will be filled with intentionality, soul maintenance, divine purpose, and the opportunity for all attendees to experience replenishment right in time for the changing of seasons. Break and Breathe At any time during the event, we encourage our visitors to honor their bodies and take a breather. Yoga with Alii (@aliimichele) takes you through an intentional flow of movements that will stretch, ground, and relax you. Sound Meditation with Ashlee (@PilotJoneesPilotJonees) will unlock, unblock and align your chakras using sound & vibration. PLUS: Fellowship and Journaling with Fallon (@notorious_fal) Intuitive readings with Carey (@careyadela) Massages with Larue's Touch (@laruestouch) Budda Bowls & Fresh Juice by Solistic Soul (@solisticsoul) - By collaborating with Solistic Soul on this event we now offer an intentional nutrition-filled bowl of yummy goodness along with a variety of juices. Solistic Soul believes that we need to master the power of the reset through food, education, and movement. Asking participants to wear a mask at their own discretion 2.) Providing masks on entry and hand sanitation stations throughout the venue 3.) Asking that all patrons avoid hugging and close conversations 4.)Turning away any attendees that are exhibiting Covid-like symptoms. Our venue is provided by The Pop Up Place (@thepopupplace) The Pop Up Place takes mosquito precautions by spraying the venue and offering bug repellant spray for complimentary use.
