Install a mini-split heat/air unit in my garage office

I plan to buy a heat air unit at Lowe's. Don't know how to install it. My handyman said it would require an "economic tech" and I don't even know what that is, lol. I live in East Ridge. Here is the unit at link below. Please tell me how much you would charge to install it. Without that number, I will not respond. Thank you.
