I have an existing 2 1/2 ton Split system HVAC installed at a rental property. It has a gas furnace inside and a Condenser outside. The Compressor is down. The Unit is R22 Option 1 is for you to give me an estimate to replace the R22 Compressor with the same new if you can find one. Option 2 is to replace the Compressor with a R410 Compressor that I already have, flush the line set and replace the evaporator inisde as well. Option 3 is for me to purchase a Condenser and evaporator and flush the line set and rerplace these two items. The compressor is full or the new condenser would be full of freon and you would need to top it off. There would be minimal ductork at the transition and sothering the line set back and a little consumbale that you would have to provide.
