Focused on the support of pre-licensure programs in the transition to practice and what the practice expects of pre-licensure program grads. Dr. Anissa Guzman, PhD, NPD-BC, CNS, CNE, Director of Professional Practice from Tucson Medical Center, will facilitate a one-hour discussion on how pre-licensure programs may impact the transition to practice of new graduate Registered Nurses. The following will be explored: How can pre-licensure faculty support the transition to practice need?What is practice expecting from our graduates when they are transitioning from pre-licensure program to practice onboarding?The capacity of the venue is 60 seats, so please act fast to secure your seat!
