Please carefully read the costume section of the rules (linked above). Do I have to high (or low) bar squat? No. The only requirement for bar position is that it can’t be too low (see rules for details). Can I sumo deadlift? No. Can I change my openers? Yes. The openers collected during registration are used for organizing the session. You may choose a different opener on the day of the event and up to two additional times before the first attempt. What is a weigh out? In an effort to discourage weight cutting and more accurately record the lifter’s weight at the time of the lift, bodyweight will be recorded after completion of the final dead lift. Do spectators have to pay an entrance fee? No. There will not be a spectator fee at this event :-). What is the refund policy? All sales are final; refunds will not be provided. The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay? Registration should match the name of the participant. Please contact [email protected] if there are extenuating circumstances that make this impossible.
