Looking to hire immediately for a jack of all trades type maintenance tech for large HOA in Surprise. Minor electrical, basic small engine maintenance, lots of cleaning & blowing carports, sidewalks, roads & trash enclosures & basic pond maintenance. Must have an ability to work independently. Early morning day shifts only, almost all weekends off working for a great company. Possibility of side jobs on own time for a large community. 30 hours per week with benefits.
