DJ’s Landscape Management is hiring, and we’d love to be a part of you growing your experience. We are seeking on-call Salt Truck Drivers to join our team this winter. Candidates for this position must be available November through the last snow of the season and should be those who understand the importance of ‘Team’ and enjoy working with others to efficiently and safely complete each assignment. We emphasize high-quality service, which calls for Team Members to be punctual and dependable in order for us to be successful in snow removal. Team Member Benefits • Base pay for drivers with CDL: $20 - $25 / hour, depending on experience o Base pay for drivers without CDL: $19 - $21 / hour, depending on experience (Chauffeurs License required at a minimum) o Paid Training: $14 / hour • Referral Incentive - Refer your friends and earn even more! • Part-time, seasonal position with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability Team Member Responsibilities • Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes. • Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards • Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise • Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner Position Requirements • 18+ years of age • Valid CDL A License or CDL B w/ Air Brakes with no restrictions required • Professional commercial parking lot salting experience preferred • Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed • Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work and be able to work in extreme weather conditions including subfreezing temperatures and heavy precipitation Apply
