DJ’s Landscape Management is hiring, and we’d love to be a part of you growing your experience. We are seeking on-call Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team this winter. Candidates for this position must be available November through the last snow of the season and should be those who understand the importance of ‘Team’ and enjoy working with others to efficiently and safely complete each assignment. We emphasize high-quality service, which calls for Team Members to be punctual and dependable in order for us to be successful in snow removal. Team Member Benefits • Base pay of $19-$25 / hour, depending on experience o Paid Training: $14 / hour • Referral Incentive - Refer your friends and earn even more! • Part-time, seasonal position with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability Team Member Responsibilities • Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes. • Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards • Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise • Submit details of hours, activities and materials in an accurate and timely manner Requirements • 18+ years of age • Professional Commercial snow removal experience preferred • Experience operating wheel loaders, skid steers, agricultural tractors, tractor-trailers, and bulldozers preferred, but not required • Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed • Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work and be able to work in extreme weather conditions including subfreezing temperatures and heavy precipitation Apply
