PORT CHESTER, NY — A crash on I-95 caused significant traffic delays in Westchester County near the New York/Connecticut state line. UPDATE: As of 12:17 p.m. the New York State Thruway Authority reports that all lanes are now reopened, but delays may still exist. All lanes were blocked on I-95 southbound at exit 21 due to a crash. "Motorists should expect delays and may wish to use alternate routes," according to an alert this morning from the New York State Thruway Authority. UPDATE: All lanes are now open. Southbound traffic was being diverted off of the New England Thruway ahead of the crash scene. I-95 just before the Connecticut state line. The traffic closest to the camera is traveling northbound.
