We’re looking for great team players with expertise in the residential cleaning market! The Job: - We’re paying $25-$35 per hour for experienced house cleaners located in San Francisco Bay Area - Do you have house cleaning experience? Get a flexible work schedule by being an independent house cleaner with Modern Cleaners - Make your own schedule and take as many jobs you can handle - Our company provides the customer marketing, scheduling and billing services and will supply you with qualified customers every week - Earn more money with less headache of managing operations or searching for new customers Get paid weekly (sign-on and referral bonuses available. see details below) Qualifications: - Must Have: 2+ years paid house cleaning experience - 3 professional and 3 personal references - English-speaking (conversational is okay) - Provide your own transportation and cleaning supplies - Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance (i.e. Hiscox or Next Insurance) How does It work? - Give us your availability, location and a description of the type of cleanings you will accept - Modern Cleaners will supply you with qualified customers ready for a cleaning (no hassle for you) - You handle the cleaning and get 60% of each job, which equals $25-$35 per cleaning hour. - We take care of advertising, phone estimates, customer service, schedule and billing for the customers. However, these jobs will not equate to 40 hours immediately, overtime you will begin to build an ongoing client base.
