My name is Jacob from Stereo Tragedy. We’re a California based metalcore band. In October, we will be releasing our debut album (I’ll post a link to the first 3 singles we’ve released) and Bjorn Strid from Soilwork did all of the vocals for the record. He’s obviously tied up with his other bands so we will be filling his slot moving forward. Here’s the plan for the next few months: Record 5 new tracks for our management, take those new 5 tracks to record labels and lock up a deal and get ready to go on tour in spring 2022, no doubt recording our second album sometime in that process. Stylistically, it’s fair to say the new tracks would be a mix of Bad Wolves/Killswitch Engage/ERRA. What we’re looking for: - Someone that is humble and can work with us (me mainly as I write most of the music) and is fine with criticism, not taking it personally - Someone confident screaming and singing clean. I have a feeling that we may end up leaning heavier on clean vocals moving forward but I wouldn’t say for sure that’s the plan -Someone capable of recording vocals at home for composition sake. - Someone willing to tour - Someone cool as hell We’re excited to move into this next season of the band and we’re looking forward to hearing and working with you!
