Rent is $875.00 per month, plus 195.00 utilities. We have a home in the Factoria area, close to Bellevue College. The junction of I 90 and 405 is minutes away and major bus lines run right by the house. Bike lanes and trails abound! There is parking for a car in the driveway. The room comes furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, desk and chair, and a bookshelf. It also has a window unit air conditioner. You will be sharing a bathroom with a female roommate. The house is fully furnished, with kitchen items, washer, dryer, etc. No need to bring anything other than bedroom linen, and clothes/personal belongings, etc. We would like to find someone who is clean and neat. Please, no drama queens, smokers, drinkers, drug users, negative people and the like. Someone who is respectful of the common areas, takes off their shoes upon entry, cleans up after themselves, pays their bills on time, has a stable job. has had roommates before and understands that we don't have to be besties, but being communicative and open is important. Coming home at 3 am and being quiet is fine...having the after-party here is not.Your roommates (the homeowners) are young-at-heart, very busy professionals who work full-time. We are giving and accommodating and ask for the same in return. We are very used to having roommates and are great at communicating and compromise. A very spoiled, friendly calico cat named Jynx also lives here. Sorry but no more animals allowed. We have one other roommate, super quiet and sweet!
