HOME REMODEL WORK NEEDED (PAINTING, DRYWALL, FLOORING, GARBAGE REMOVAL, DEEP CLEANING, TILING, PLUMBING) PAYMENT DETAILS (IMPORTANT) - Starting pay is $20/hr - negotiable depending on experience. - Total payment amount will be determined upfront BASED ON MUTUALLY AGREED UPON ESTIMATED TIME FOR TASKS - Projects that take less than one day will be paid in full for by the end of the day. - 20% paid out by end of day 1 for tasks longer than one day, with the remaining 80% paid out when the project is complete. - For example, if together we estimate a painting job will take 3 days, that’s 8hrs/day, so 24 hours, multiplied by an hourly rate of $20 comes out to $480 total for the task. - You will get 20% of that at the end of day one ($160), if it takes you only 2 days you will be paid the remainder of the $480 ($360) at the end of day 2. If it takes you 4 days you will still get paid the remainder of the $480 but at the end of day 4, etc. - Tasks that take longer than 2x the estimated time may only get paid up to a max of 75% of the initially estimated project cost depending on the circumstances. This acts as insurance for me that projects will get done on time, and that I can reserve some funds to look for additional help if the project is not getting done in a timely manner. - Some experience is preferred to make sure we are coming up with accurate estimates for how long a project will take.
