Rehoming beagle puppy 8 months

Mabel was born January 12th. I keep hoping she’ll improve but she doesn’t. She’s fighting with my other dog. I think she should be an only dog. We live in a small apartment and walk regularly and go to the dog park but it doesn’t seem to be enough. She barks and bays a lot, she bites if you have to take something away from her. She’s always trying to get into things. She can be really sweet and is good with new people and random dogs at the dog park. If anything she’s fearful of dogs besides mine. I don’t want to get rid of her but I don’t think this set up is good for any of us. Interested in interviewing some people who have more experience, time and patience and probably willing to pay for a good trainer. Text me if you want to talk more.
