POSITION: PROGRAM DIRECTOR (BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH AND BILITERATE PREFERRED) PROGRAM: LIFT LINE A PROGRAM OF COMMUNITY BRIDGES Community Bridges envisions a thriving community where every person has the opportunity to unleash their full potential. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Under supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, manages through subordinate supervision, administrates and develops all programs assigned to the Transportation Program; ensures the Agency meets all obligations incumbent upon it as the Consolidated Transportation Services Agency of Santa Cruz County. RATE OF PAY AND HOURS: This is an exempt, 40 hours per week position. The salary is $71,947 -$100,131 per year depending on experience & knowledge (plus $.40/$.10 per hour bilingual/biliterate differential upon passing a test administered by the HR department). Hours of work may vary but typically Monday through Friday. Will be required to occasionally work evenings and/or weekends for transportation events. First year: 16 vacation days and 10 holidays, with accrual based on 40 hr/wk. Sick leave: Eight hours/month, with accrual based on 40 hr/wk.
